Meet Mariusz

For me, chocolate has always been more than just a treat it’s an art.

My journey started in the world of fine patisserie, working as a pastry chef in some of the Cotswolds’ most prestigious hotels. I spent years perfecting desserts, experimenting with flavours, and refining my craft. But chocolate? That was my true obsession.

From the very beginning of my culinary career, I was drawn to its endless possibilities, the way it could be shaped, flavoured, and transformed into something extraordinary. Over time, my passion for chocolate outgrew the kitchen, and I knew I needed to take it further. That’s when ChoColours was born.

Here, I get to push the boundaries of chocolate-making, creating handcrafted, vibrant, and flavourful bonbons that blend artistry with indulgence. Every piece is carefully designed, using high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques, because I believe chocolate should be as exciting to look at as it is to eat.
