However, my passion for chocolates has started at in the early years of my culinary career, and has only grown stronger over the years. Those years were filled with experimenting with different flavours and textures to create the perfect chocolate confection.
My career in the hospitality industry has given me invaluable experience and knowledge about the patisserie world and I am always striving for perfection in everything that I do and always look at ways to improve my craft.
My love for creating unique and colourful designs led me to open my own company, where I could fully express my creativity.
Through my company I can combine my love for chocolates and produce unique pieces of “art”.
